The 2025/26 LaGrange Symphony Orchestra (LSO) Season Brochures will start arriving this week. Check your mailbox to see the wonderful performances that will be offered this year. The brochures are mailed to all who purchased a ticket in the previous concert series. Season tickets are available to purchase now and individual concert tickets will go on sale August 16th.
If you had a season ticket during the 2024/2025 concert season and you would like to keep your same seat, you are able to purchase them now, for a limited time. You have a window of opportunity to take advantage of the wonderful service the LSO has offered in reserving your seat for you. It would be greatly appreciated if you would let them know your intention either way. The deadline to renew is until August 15th, 2025. After that, on August 16th, ticketing will open for anyone wishing to purchase individual concert tickets.
To secure your same seat, please contact the LSO office. Transactions can be handled in any of three ways, by mailing in the order blank in the brochure (check the “same seat” box on the order blank), or you may email (boxoffice@lagrangesymphony.org), or contact the office via telephone (706-882-0662).
What about NEW Season Ticket Purchases?
Yes, both renewals and new season tickets are available NOW.
For new attendees – there are five auditorium sections to choose from: Mezzanine, Orchestra, Gallery, Extra Value, and Box. Here is a link to a graphic showing the location of those sections. Those wishing to purchase a new subscription for season tickets during the 2025/26 concert series are also encouraged to act as soon as possible. You are able to simply click this LINK, and purchase your tickets online. At this time, only Season Tickets are available for purchase. (Individual concert ticketing opens August 16th.) You will notice at the top of the ticketing page there are links where you can click between individual concerts, season tickets, and tax-deductible donations. You can also click between calendar view and listing view on the individual concert page. Check it out.
Individual Concert Tickets
Individual concert tickets will open on August 16th. This gives season ticket purchasers, who want the same seat all season, time to act and still allows ample time before the first concert for those seeking seats for single concerts.
A little about the Upcoming Season
The 2025/26 LSO Concert season is titled Breaking Sound Barriers and is chock full of special guest artist appearances! Here are the dates and titles of the individual concert events:
September 23, 2025 – Powerful Partnerships
Special guests Levon Ambartsumian, violin and Shakhida Azimkhodjaeva, viola
World Premiere performance of Richard Prior’s Lafayette: A Hero of Two Worlds.
October 28, 2025 – String Theory
Special guests: Jonathan Pilkington, tenor, the Vega String Quartet, William Ransom, piano; Yinzi Kong, viola; and Sebastian Ocando, marimba winner of the 2025 Young Artists Competition.
December 9, 2025 – Joyful Voices
Special guests: The Sons of Lafayette male choir; Elizabeth Arena Whitfield, soprano; Jonathan Pilkington, tenor; Matthew Hoch, baritone; STELLARUM 8-voice a cappella group, and more!
March 24, 2026 – Epic Adventures, Myths & Galaxies
Special guests: The 2026 Young Artists Competition Winner (to be determined in February 2026) and the LaGrange Symphony Youth Orchestra with their annual Side-by-Side performance experience with the LSO.
April 28, 2026 – 250 Years of Being
The season finale performance with Special guest: Samuel Vargas, violin.
