Program featured both orchestras separately and then combined

The String Ensemble was first, which features the younger musicians. They are under the direction of Sam Lee.
They performed:
Allegro from Concerto in G Major   –   Antonio Vivaldi / Arr. Clebanoff
Symphony no. 8 mvt. III   –    Johan Stamitz / Arr. Phillips
Crystal City March    –   Mark Williams
Up On The House Top    –   Benjamin Hanby / Arr. Tepping
Dreidel    –   Samuel Goldfarb / Arr. Lee
Jingle Bells    –   James Pierpoint / Arr. Tepping

The LaGrange Symphony Youth Orchestra were next under the direction of Michael Giel.
They performed:
Acrobats    –   Richard Meyer
Ase’s Death    –   Edvard Grieg
Greensleeves    –   Arr. Hermann
Halcyon    –   William Hofeldt
Boisterous Flight    –   Joshua Reznicow

The two orchestra groups combined for an audience participation section. The orchestras played while the audience sang the following Christmas carols:
Adeste Fideles    –   John Wade
Joy To The World   –    Isaac Watts
The First Noel    –   John Gardner
We Wish You A Merry Christmas    –   Arthur Warrell

These two groups of young musicians showed wonderful ability in control, dynamics, and sound quality. It was impressive to hear the level at which they played, and heart-warming to understand the comradery and teamwork involved to present this program.  Well done!
