LSYO All-State Musicians
The LaGrange Symphony Youth Orchestra is proud to have four representatives that have auditioned and been selected to the 2022 Georgia All-State Orchestra. This orchestra event is a division of the Georgia Music Educators Association (GMEA) and will be held March 3-5, 2022 at the Classic Center in Athens. These students have gone through a rigorous audition process and will now have the opportunity to perform alongside the best and brightest musicians from the state of Georgia.

The LaGrange Symphony Youth Orchestra is under the direction of Michael Giel. The LSYO is one of two youth orchestras sponsored by the LaGrange Symphony Orchestra. The String Ensemble is made up of younger musicians that work on performance within the orchestra group setting. They work toward entering the LSYO and are directed by Sam Lee.
